136 residential land lots are now registered!

Exciting news! All 136 residential land lots are now registered. Our community is taking shape and we expect residents to start building early next year in our stunning nature-inspired estate overlooking the Royal National Park’s treetops.
Work on New Illawarra Road is expected to be completed by the end of October. The recently finalised neighbourhood park has become a focal point for the community with all generations enjoying the scenic views, BBQ area and playground equipment.
We are also very pleased to announce that additional facilities in the Managed Conservation Zone, including outdoor kitchen and community garden have been approved by Sutherland Shire Council with works expected to start next month.
